The staff were very accommodating and the rooms were nice and comfortable
The main thing I found a little disapointing was that if I wanted to use the indoor swimming pool i had to pay 1000 yen. There was no mention of having to pay on the website. It seems expensive for a swim. Also we had to pay 500 yen to use a wired internet connection. We stayed in cheaper, budget hotels where the internet was free.
I love how they have the daily breakfast buffet, walking distance to the JR express, kesei station, and also just a 10 min bus ride away from a mall.. Love how there are lots of restaurants as soon as u get out of the hotel.. The staff are awesome as well..
The one and only thing I didn't like was that the air conditioning was really low on the 2 rooms we had... We already had it on high and it was still warm in the room
The courtesy bus from the airport and its proximity to a JR station. Mercure Hotels also provide a good standard of accomodation.
All was good and we are looking forward to staying there again next week.
Proximity to Narita town and Kaisei Narita station.
This is a tired and worn out property in desperate need of a refresh/renovation. Only reason I stayed was to see a friend living in Narita for dinner the night before I flew out. In all other cases I would have stayed in Tokyo. The airport hotels at Narita are very poor value for money imho.
We were only there overnight so that we could get to the airport early the next morning. Close proximity to the station was main priority as was the free shuttle to the airport. Breakfast buffet excellent. Otherwise a standard hotel.
Free shuttlebus to the airport.
Someting is seriously wrong with the building (annex). It is mouldy. My clothes got a mouldy smell and perhaps is this dangerous for the health too.
It was close to Narita airport where I landed and then flew out from the next day, th free shuttle bus, from and to the airport, was a bonus

Room was very clean and quiet, Perfecting located next to both train stations. Shuttle bus very handy. Lovely Breakfast buffet.
Bathroom a little outdated. No pool or squash courts advertised or seen at the hotel.
Location, location, location a few minutes walk to train station and all amenities (restaurant, shopping,) 10 minutes to temple a must see, 1hour 20 minutes by train to Tokyo. Buffet breakfast was exellent. Nothing bad to say about our stay at the Mercure.
Closeness to airport and Narita village
The rooms allocated on level 3 were in a transit hallway to the other wing (anex) and there was noisy traffic all night long.They also have some noisy services (pumps or something) that interrupt sleep.The activities such as swimming pool and gym were all at additional charge - not previously mentioned.
Were placed with our children in smoking rooms; pool and gym closed early and didn't open until after check-out time. Too far from airport (though hotel provides shuttle); overall a bit run-down.
Close to the airport and to Narita town, so you can walk to the temple and turtle ponds.
Very basic restaurant facilities, with staff often unable to understand common restaurant requests.
Simply perfect location to go anywhere, Kaisei train just 5 mins away & JR train 9 mins away with the bus station beside the hotel. 15mins to Naritasan temple with nice spacious gardens & it's autumn leaves, very picturesque n memorable. All walking distance along some quaint shops. Food everywhere in this area too, do try this hotel for yourself & I will be back very soon.
None so far but would appreciate it if there is complimentary bottle drinks for guests.
Very covenient for overnight stop before flying on to somewhere.
Hotel shuttle bus not every hour so we just missed one and had an hour to wait
